Should any part of these terms be invalid or nullified, the remaining terms remain in effect.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer is subject to conditions or has a limited validity period, this will be clearly stated. Offers are non-binding. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Each offer contains sufficient details to inform the consumer of their rights and obligations, including:

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. If accepted electronically, the entrepreneur confirms receipt electronically.
The entrepreneur ensures secure digital data transfer and provides a safe web environment. If payment is electronic, appropriate security measures will be in place.
The entrepreneur may assess the consumer’s ability to meet payment obligations. If there are valid grounds, the entrepreneur may reject or modify an order.
Upon delivery, the consumer will receive:
-
Business address for complaints
-
Withdrawal procedure
-
Warranty and post-purchase service information

The agreement is subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel a product purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. During this period, the product should be handled carefully and returned in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur in writing (e.g., via email) within 14 days and return the product within the same time frame, with proof of return.
Article 7 – Withdrawal Costs
The consumer bears the cost of returning the product. If payment has already been made, the entrepreneur will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:
-
Customized or personalized items

Perishable or time-sensitive goods
-
Sealed items unsealed by the consumer (e.g., hygiene products, software, audio/video content)
-
Services already started with consumer’s consent (e.g., hotel bookings, events, transport)
Article 9 – Prices
Prices are fixed during the offer’s validity, except for changes in VAT or market-dependent fluctuations.
All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for such errors.
As goods are shipped from outside the EU, the recipient may be charged import VAT or clearance fees by the delivery service. The entrepreneur does not charge VAT.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products must meet the contract, listed specifications, and legal standards. Warranty does not affect consumer legal rights.
Warranty is void if products have been tampered with or misused, including:
-
Unauthorized repairs or alterations
-
Exposure to abnormal conditions
-
Ignoring product instructions
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur will handle orders with care. Delivery will occur within 30 days unless a longer timeframe is agreed upon. Consumers will be notified of delays and may cancel the contract if necessary.
Risk of damage/loss lies with the entrepreneur until delivery to the consumer or their representative.
Article 12 – Duration and Termination
For indefinite contracts, consumers may cancel with one month’s notice. Fixed-term contracts may be canceled at the end of their term, again with one month’s notice.
Contracts for regular delivery may not be extended automatically beyond the agreed period, except for specific exceptions (e.g., newspaper trials).
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 days of the start of the withdrawal period. The consumer is responsible for providing accurate payment information. In case of late payment, the entrepreneur may charge reasonable collection fees.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 7 days after the issue is discovered. The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be notified. If a dispute arises, it may be submitted to dispute resolution.
